Parcel Selection:

Panning:
- Click and hold the left mouse button to change pointer to
Moving the mouse will now pan the image.
Zooming IN/OUT:
Use the scroll wheel on the mouse to zoom IN/OUT

tool will allow you to click and drag a box to zoom to
Detailed Information:
- After selection, click on the parcel ID like
to show detailed information.
